SNCR
Selective non-catalytic reduction
Ammonia (urea or ammonia water) reacts with the harmful nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) from the flue gas into harmless nitrogen (N2) and water.
The reaction temperature is 880 to 10800 °C (max. range 850 - 1100 °C).
SCR
Selective catalytic reduction
Ammonia reacts with the harmful nitrogen monoxide (NO) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) from the flue gas into harmless nitrogen (N2) and water.
The reaction temperature is 200 to 450 °C.
ERC - plus
Selective catalytic + non-catalytic reduction
This variant of DeNOX technology combines advantages of both (SNCR and SCR) basic DeNOX technologies.
The ERC - plus process is applied
if strict requirements are made on the secondary ammonia emissions (NH3 slip) and if NOX reduction rates are required which cannot be achieved by the pure SNCR process.
We offer two basic option for emission reducing:
- Primary measures – adjustment of the fuel a combustion plant before its combustion
⇒ ERC – process additives (additives)- we produce special additives for liquid and solid fuels, which are intended for:

- improve combustion
- reducing SO3, corrosion, deposits on heat transfer surfaces
- NOX reduction
- Secondary measures – reducing the concentration of pollutants in the environment, generated during the combustion process
⇒ ERC – denitrification system (DeNOX) – We design and produce products for flue gas denitrification using following methods:- SNCR
- SCR
- combination of these methods (SNCR-SCR).
